21 Projects Signed Online at the Opening Ceremony of the Expo

On November 16, at the opening ceremony of 2022 China International Digital Economy Expo, 21 projects were signed online. Vice Governor Hu Qisheng attended the signing ceremony and signed contracts with 4 enterprises on behalf of the Peoples Government of Hebei Province.

The provincial government signed a strategic cooperation agreement online with China Mobile Communications Group, China Unicom, China Telecom Group and China Tower Corporation, focusing on "5G+", new information infrastructure construction, data resource system construction and others.

17 digital projects were signed online to promote the accelerated development of the digital industry. Among them, HBIS Group and China Mobile Communications Group signed a "5G+" smart steel cooperation agreement, and the two sides will strengthen the innovative practice of 5G and smart steel and other application scenarios. Forestry and Grassland Bureau of Hebei Province and China Unicom Hebei Branch signed a 5G+ smart forestry and grassland cooperation agreement to carry out the 5G construction and fire prevention informatization of Saihanba Forest Farm. There are also projects signed in Jing'ao Solar Smart Factory and R&D Center, TCL Electronic Information and Semiconductor Materials Manufacturing Base, covering intelligent manufacturing, electronic information, new materials and others.

In addition to signing projects, Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province also signed online cooperation agreements on integration of industry and education with Beijing Institute of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Nanjing University of Science and Technology.
